What is the return policy?
Once approved, if the campaign does not start within 2 weeks you will receive a full refund. Also, if your song is not approved you will receive an immediate refund.
How long does it take to see results or for the campaign to start?
Once song(s) is approved, curators take about 3-5 business days to start adding the song.
What genre of playlists do you have?
We have playlists for all main genres (rap, rnb, dance/house, country, pop, etc.) , as well as niche genres (christian, drum n bass, dubstep etc.) If you have any genre related questions please contact us.
How do I know these are real listeners and not bots like the other companies?
We hate bots, they're useless to spend on and just hurt the industry. Every playlist is vetted to make sure it is a 100% organic listener on the other end. Majority of the time we are the first person to ever even pay a curator for placement.
Are your campaign estimates guaranteed?
Streaming estimates are almost guaranteed to hit (majority of times the higher of the estimate always gets hit) - No we can't guarantee it, but if we don't think your song can hit our estimates we won't even accept it.
